Cutdown Shotlist Forge is for documentary editors and social-cut producers turning interview transcripts into usable Adobe Premiere Pro markers. The recurring job is blunt: read the beat sheet, decide what belongs in a short cutdown, preserve the visual notes, and hand Premiere a CSV that drops into the Marker panel without ritual copy-paste damage.
The current workaround is spreadsheet necromancy. Editors mark favorites in a transcript tool, sketch a rough duration target in notes, manually translate timecodes, invent labels, then rebuild the whole list when the hook pressure or b-roll emphasis changes. That is where continuity mistakes breed. Tiny clerical drift, everywhere.
This tool binds the workflow to a real JSON interview-beat fixture. Duration, hook pressure, pacing, b-roll bias, and risk guard are explicit pending controls. Apply them, and the app regenerates the marker list, the evidence cards, and the exact Premiere CSV export from the same authored transform.

The export is not a decorative preview. It is a committed CSV validator target with marker names, descriptions, in/out timecodes, durations, marker type, color, and source beat IDs. The live release verifier opens the deployed app, runs the canonical browser workflow, writes fresh CSV bytes, and reruns the committed validator against that live output. If the interface cannot produce the promised Premiere marker file, it does not get to call itself shipped.
